1. youth 학교폭력의 관념
폭력
- 다른사람에게 상해나 피해를 입히기 위해 사용되는 물리력을 뜻한다.
- 자신의 이익을 관철시키기 위해 힘과 권력의 부당한 사용 역시 폭력에 해당된다
학교폭력
- 폭력이 학교라는 공간적 관념과 결합된 것
- 교내폭력, 학교주변폭력, 학원폭력, 학생폭력, youth폭력
2. youth 학교폭력의 特性(특성) 및 경향
youth 학교폭력의 특징
- 가해자나 피해자 또는 발생장소 등에 있어 학교와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 폭력행위를 지칭하는 용어.
- 그 주체나 대상이 모두 youth
· 최근 들어 youth 학교폭력 양상에서 발견되는 주요 特性(특성)
① youth 학교폭력이 단순한 탈선의 차원을 넘어 심각한 범죄의 단계에 이르고 있다아
